WARRANTY
Once we have finalized your remodel or restoration project, we provide you with a close-out package which includes warranty info on appliances and products, a list of finishes and materials that went into the project as well as a list of contractors and material suppliers used in your project.
We provide a five (5) year warranty on all labor provided by us or by our subcontractors.

Crane General Contractors warrants for a period of five (5) years
from the date of job completion, that all workmanship by Crane General Contractors and its subcontractors working on the estimated
repairs, will be performed in accordance with this estimate and any construction agreement with the insured and will be of good quality
and free from any fault or defects. This warranty excludes any damage from any use outside normal wear and tear, ie: improper maintenance
and/or abuse.
